5:00 p.m. - Mandatory Cooks Meeting (All BBQ Teams must attend)
3:00 - 5:00 PM Sauce Contest Turn in time at Cook-Shed (By Stage)
Saturday
9:00 a.m. - Judges Check In
9:30 a.m. - Judges Mandatory Meeting
10:30 a.m. - Competitors turn in People’s Choice pork to Cook-Shed
11:00 a.m. - People’s Choice Begins (Will run until 1:00 p.m. or the BBQ runs out!)
11:00 a.m. - Chicken Turn In (Invitational & Open Triple Crown Competition)
12:00 p.m. - Pork Ribs Turn In (Invitational & Open Triple Crown Competition)
1:00 p.m. - Pork Turn In (Invitational & Open Triple Crown)
2:00 p.m. - Brisket (Invitational & Open Triple Crown)
