Man Charged with Tossing Alligator Into Wendy’s Drive-Thru Window

ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL (WCMH)–The Florida man is now facing charges of aggravated assault after investigators said he threw an alligator into a Wendy’s drive-thru window.According WPTV, a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission incident report showed, 23-year-old Joshua James pulled up to pick up his order from the server. After receiving his drink, James allegedly reached into the back of his truck and tossed the 3-and-a-half-foot long alligator through the drive-thru window, the incident report said.

James now faces aggravated assault charges as well as unlawful possession and transportation of an alligator.
There is a picture of the alligator in the incident report, according to WPTV.
According to the FWC, James admitted to picking up the gator from the side of an area road before bringing it to the restaurant. The alligator was released into a nearby canal.
