Meet Chris Lane, the 2012 Bassmaster Classic winner, at Millers Boating Center on March 10!
Ocala, Florida – March 5, 2012 – Chris Lane, a Lakeland native and the 2012 winner of the prestigious Bassmaster Classic, will be at Millers Boating Center Saturday, March 10, 2012. Lane, who won $500,000 for his first place effort at the Bassmasters Classic in late February, will be at Millers Boating Center in Ocala during their 21 Annual Boat Show and Fishing Expo. along with many other fishing pros.
“We are very happy for Chris and are extremely excited to have him here for our 21 Annual Boat Show and Fishing Expo.,” said Jeff Miller, President of Millers Boating Center. “It’s a big deal having the world champion Bass fisherman at our event,” he continued.
Chris Lane will be at Millers all day Saturday signing autographs, and hosting seminars on fishing. The public is invited to meet and congratulate Chris on his recent victory. Admission and parking is free to the public.
Chris also won the Bassmaster Southern Open on the Harris Chain of lakes in Leesburg in January 2012.
Millers Boating Center, which opened as a tackle shop back in 1978, and is the largest boat dealer in North Central Florida, is a family owned and operated business located at 1661 NW 57 Street, about two miles north of Ocala on Highway 441.
