Q&A opportunity on FWC Bear Management Update

Who:The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC)

When: Feb. 5, from 9:30 to 10 a.m.

Why: FWC staff will provide a summary of the bear management update presentation and the steps staff will take based on the guidance they received from the Commissioners. Following the overview, the phone lines will be open for questions from the news media.

To participate, call in five minutes early to register for the call. Callers will be asked to state their name and media affiliation. The call will be limited to the first 100 callers.

Due to the continuing business of the commission meeting, staff will not be able to accommodate independent requests for interviews outside of this call until after the Commission meeting adjourns.
