PCB KTS 14-02 To Stop Zero Tolerance from being used to traumatize children who were playing innocently — in other words in situations where there is Zero Common Sense, the law will stop administrators who have little or no capacity for rational judgment from suspending children for play innocent childrens games like cops and robbers or cowboys and indians. Passed by a VOTE of 13-0 in the House Education K-12 Subcommittee. The bill has now been introduced as HB-7029. Click below for a copy:
